Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.


Body Back®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.



FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!


Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.


Body Back Boost

Body Back® Boost is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

Run Club

Run Club is COMING SOON. Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance. No running experience required!

I thought I’d never be the mom that hands off her kids to her husband the second he gets home. I thought I would always enjoy my time with my precious little angels from morning to night. But some tough days... I hear Rob pull up in the drive way and I’m running out the door, ✌🏼out tiny tyrants! 🌸What’s an exciting milestone your little is hitting? We are experiencing milestones in new and exciting ways with June. Every teeny tiny developmental milestone is a huge celebration and a blessing! 🌸Favorite song to sweat to? My ️ ❤️Ludacris but my 🍑says Beyoncé. I also love that my phone just autocorrected Beyoncé to include the ’ over the e. Steve Jobs just gets me. 🌸Fit4mom class of choice? ALL. THE. CLASSES. 🌸Greatest gift your kids have given you? Joy. There is an indescribable joy that, I think, only parents experience while watching their kids learn, grow, laugh, and discover. It is truly a remarkable gift. 🌸Give one piece of advice to Pre mom Allie. Growing up, my sister’s family famous malapropism was, “Patience is a vacation” in stead of “Patience is a virtue”. While patience may be a virtue, it truly is a vacation when it comes to dealing with your children. The more patience and understanding you have, the easier it is to parent! 🌸Why is fitness important to you? It instantly lifts my mood. If I don’t work out, everyone around me that days knows it . I’m a better mom when I feel healthy and strong! 🌸Favorite part of being a mom? Blasting gangster rap from my mainstream mommy minivan 👊🏼! Now you love her too, right?? You all know this lady, our very own head mama, Emily. You know, the one with the triple wide stroller leading awesome classes. She is mom to Jack(4), Mathew(3) and Jody(1) and has been a Fit4Mom member since she brought us this awesome village just over 3 years ago. Read on to get to know Emily a little more.. How do you juggle work/mom life? ❤️I wake up an hour before my kids get up to have some quiet ME time. It helps me feel more in control rather than just reacting to what the day brings. Oh and a glass of wine at night. Juggling work/mom life is different every day and constantly feels like a juggling act! Favorite holiday tradition? ❤️John's parents organize a Nativity Play featuring all of the grandkids each year and it's the sweetest thing. What was the one thing you said you’d never do as a parent but well, life? ❤️Give my kids processed foods. Now its all about just trying to find ways to get in fruit, veggies and good carbs to round it all out! What’s an exciting milestone your little is hitting? ❤️Jack is starting to add numbers, Matthew can finally get himself dressed (for the most part) and Jody is walking! How do you get your MomMEtime? ❤️Body Back, early mornings in my office or on a run, time with girlfriends and date nights with the hubs. Fit4mom class of choice? ❤️Love all of them (obvi) Favorite Body Back move? ❤️Burpee long jumps yowsers! Why is fitness important to you? ❤️I want to set a good example for my kids. I also do it to feel good, have energy and know that I want to live a long life full of family, adventure and fun. Hardest part of being a mom? ❤️Testing my patience every. single. day. Favorite part of being a mom? ❤️The snuggles, seeing the curiosity and wonder in them What made you start Fit4mom Davis? ❤️I wanted to build a community of moms focused on health and support and being inclusive of everyone. What do you love most about this village? ❤️I love seeing the amazing job all of these moms are doing raising their kids day in and day out and knowing that we have one another to lean on.
