Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout. Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Whether you just had a baby or your last child was born twenty years ago, this program is for you!

What does Body Back® Transformation include?

  • Twice weekly small group HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts
  • Three complimentary Body Back Boost classes
  • Loads of delicious recipes, nutrition guidance and food journaling
  • Before and after fitness assessments, measurements and pictures
  • Online coaching and support including a private Facebook group
  • Access to weekly at-home workouts and challenges to keep you motivated
  • Guided meditations at the end of each class
  • Group support, community, accountability, and FUN!

These workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

This program is a great opportunity for moms who have returned back to work and/or just want to do something for themselves. This is a child-free workout. Note: This program is not for pregnant moms. If pregnant, check out our Fit4Baby program or our Stroller Strides program.
