Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Stroller Barre classes are held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your fullest physical potential and to reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

This is a drop-in class without the nutrition or group support that is a part of our 8-week Body Back Transformation sessions.

Body Back® Transformation is an all-inclusive 8 week program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home supplemental workouts, complimentary 3-class pass to any Body Back Boost or Stroller Strides class, meal plans and a food diary, weekly small group challenges, online coaching, and pre- and post-fitness assessments, pictures and measurements. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention from our nationally certified instructors. It's time for a little momME time!

Body Back clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Our HIIT workouts (a technique used by performance athletes that feature repeated bouts of short duration/high intensity exercises) are a critical component of the program as this format of exercise burns more calories, increases endurance and sheds more fat in the least amount of time. It results in weight loss, muscle toning, and increased strength and energy. To maximize results, the class does not involve a stroller or children – perfect for Stroller Strides graduates whose kids are now in school, or for any woman who needs personal time to fully focus on her goals.

Our Summer Sessions run from July 15th - September 8th:

 AM Session: Sundays 7am, Wednesdays 5:30am

 PM Session: Tuesdays & Thursdays 7pm

Our Fit4Mom Davis village is another way to connect with moms in the area. You do not have to be a member and it's FREE to join in any activity!
