Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and stroller-age kids. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. This is our signature program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™"!

Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour long Fit4Baby class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our Fit4Baby instructors so they are fully equipped to lead a pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. The class is for all stages of pregnancy.

Body Back® Transformation is an all-inclusive 8 week program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home supplemental workouts, complimentary 3-class pass to any Body Back Boost or Stroller Strides class, meal plans and a food diary, weekly small group challenges, online coaching, and pre- and post-fitness assessments, pictures and measurements. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention from our nationally certified instructors. It's time for a little momME time!

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
