Come share with other women in community, as you strengthen your body, relax your mind, and trust in your own power and strength.
All women at any stage in their pregnancy are welcome.
Mom & Baby
With your baby right by your side, you will move, breathe, stretch, and strengthen. Bond with your baby and other new moms while gaining strength and flexibility. This class includes poses with baby and poses just for mom. This class is appropriate for new moms with any level of yoga experience and babies 6 weeks old to crawling.
